Hi. I am hoping someone can help me. It has been very cold here in Chicago this past week, and today I used my horn for the first time in a while. It sounded very different than normal. It was a low sound, compared to the normal sound. Could the cold weather be affecting my car horn? I got a new battery last winter, so I am thinking it is not that. Any other ideas? Thank you ahead of time for your help.

No need to replace the horn. It was the cold. It has been warmer here and my horn sounds fine, just like new.
