Default Quick question: '99 Saturn SW2

Will taking the positive lead off the battery for a couple of minutes and then re-hooking it clear any codes that have been thrown? I thinkI read that here somewhere but can't find it now...
When the radiator developed a crack the low coolant blink came on, and I had the radiator replaced, and coolant levels have been closely monitored, but still blinking...

if it's the indicator for low coolant and your coolant in the reservoir is not low, the coolant level sensing switch located at the bottom of that reservoir is either gummed up or defective. You can remove the tank and try cleaning the sesnor.

Someone has posted how to best accomplish this...maybe Ocean..(?)

or there is a wiring problem (can't rule out electrical gremlins)

Disconnect the hoses from the upper and lower expansion tank fittings, and inspect them for signs of cracks or deterioration. Replace the hoses if necessary.

Remove the two mounting bolts holding the expansion tank to the side of the engine compartment.

Carefully lift the coolant expansion tank up, and disconnect the low coolant level sensor connection from underneath the tank assembly. Remove the expansion tank from the vehicle.

Pour the coolant into a container. Wash out and inspect the expansion tank for cracks and chafing. Replace if damaged. Ensure the low coolant level sensor operates freely.

Installation is the reverse of the steps shown above.
