1992 sl slow start and pcm code 82
 

hey noob here,
so i have a 1992 SL SEL is on code 82 comes up. pcm malfunction. there are a few other things going on witht he car and was wondering if this may be the act of something else. when you start the car you must have the gas pedel down or it wont start. when you put it in drive and hit the gas it will bearly move. it will rev to 2000 rpm but wont go any higher. almost like the trans is slipping but its not. and you can feel a slight jerking like its about to take off.... and the shift to D2 light is on with the SEL. when you hit about 25 mph the shift to D2 and SEL will go off then it drive fine. any help? should i take my pcm in for a reflash? or what:confused::confused:
