Just bought this 02 SL1 with 160K on it. Just upgraded from my 92 SL2 with 260K on it. This car runs good, but the engine seems noisy. Almost like noisy valves or lifters. My uncle who owned the car before me only changed the oil every 10K, I usually change it every 5K. I am going to try some high mileage oil in it, but just wanted to know if anyone else has this problem or not. OR if anyone knows what it is or how to fix it.
