OEM Service Manual for 2009 Outlook
 

I am looking for someone who has access to factory OEM repair manual for the 2009 Saturn Outlook. I am preparing to take the dealership to small claims court and need to know what the manual says as the factory recommendations for diagnosing the P0017 code.

I found this for sale, which looks legit, but I cannot say yay or nay.. Cost 225 ish

Code description sounds like a stretched timing chain affecting the timing between the crank and the bank one cam. The code will set if the sensors that track crank and cam position differ by more than some fixed amount.
I suppose one of the cams could be wearing funny or jumping around, causing the cam position reading to vary too much.
