No Fuel Pressure

Hello folks. I have a 2005 L300 that has no fuel presssure. The car ran perfect prior to this issue. I filled it up (3/4 tank), drove approximately 1 mile and it basically shut off. I thought that it started a little rough at the gas station but then cleared right up. I have searched several threads and checked as many things as I could. Here is the what I have done -

1. Verified all the fuses are good.
2. Swapped the relays just for good measure.
3. Checked for fuel pressure (nothing more than a dribble).
4. Checked for codes (there were none).
5. Verified 12V to the pump.
6. Checked for spark (1 shot of starting fluid and it fired right up).
7. Replaced the fuel filter.
8. Replaced the fuel pump. On a side note I'd like to scissor kick the engineer that didn't include an access panel under the rear seat.
9. Tried a different key just in case it was a security issue.

At this point I'm not sure what to do next. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm off to work, I will get back to you tonight. My first thought is you have no injector pulse or the new fuel pump doesn't work properly.

Update

So I basically started all over. Checked every fuse & relay. Verified that I had 12V at the fuel pump, etc. Put it all back together and I had pressure. After cycling the pump several times and bleeding the fuel line it finally started up. On one hand I'm relieved that it is running but I'm not sure what did the trick. Maybe I didn't cycle the pump sufficiently the first time.

Since the fuel lines were empty after changing the pump it takes several key cycles to purge the air. Glad you are running again.
