Exclamation I'm a newbie

Hello- I now have a o4 Saturn L300 Firm bought it with 152miles on it which is not bad for used car these days. Woke up to Wet flooded front floor boards. It happened on a Sunny day and clear skys. I am still puzzled to why this is happening and where water is coming from. I'm kind of the fix it girl insemresd of paying the labor at a shop. I was thinking it was coming from air conditioning drain or was clogged. Took to Auto Zone and referred me to a mechanic 😊 The guy looked at my car and immediately said yep there's your problem the Rubber seal on Windshield and doors on inside Rubber seals. I find that hard to believe cuz it first happened and wasn't even raining.
I have heard, maybe heater core bad.
I do know the car has new A/C as of last year. I'm just so confused and puzzsled If anybody can give me advise on what to check from here would be greatly appreciated. I have been a Ford , Chevy gal So I'm new to Saturns 😊😊

My air conditioning drain was restricted and flooded the passenger side carpet. It dumps out just behind the transmission in the center of the car. I put my car up on the hoist and used compressed air to blow back inside. At least a quart of condensation poured out on the ground. My carpets are dry now. Hope this helps.

Indeed, it may have been water stored up above the clog/restriction that worked its way past and resulted in the water emptying on the floor. Did you drive a really bumpy road the day before it happened?

What do you mean by Firm?
