2001 L300 intermittent hard transmission shift with wrench light
 

I have done lots of reading about this exact issue that, it seems, many Saturn owners have experienced. My husband is planning on replacing the pressure selinoid to see if this fixes the issue. The only way for me to get a reading on the wrench light is to drive it around until it comes on and low and behold, I've done this twice and it doesn't come on while I have the time to take it to a transmission garage to have it read. I'm looking for information on how to replace the selinoid ourselves. Thanks.
