SL2 will not start Cranks but will not run

Please help.

I have a 2000 LS2 with 3.0 V6. I bought the car with a seized engine.
I replaced the engine and have not been able to start the car.

Thing I have checked
1) Fuel pressure I have 40 PSI at the Rail
2) Compression All cylinders are good
3) Coil Packs all new
4) Spark Plugs all new
5) Crank Position sensor, New
6) Cam position sensor new
7) Beer... Always a 12 pack in fridge.
8) Timing belt. Check and verified it was good timing marks were aligned and belt was new.

I am open to any help or ideas.

Thanks!

dan

What year and model vehicle was the donor engine from?

Possible Passlock Security lockout?

Do you know for a fact that the BCM in the car is good? or the PCM?

How did it seize?

Was any wiring harness melted as a result?

Jusat basic questions for starters....

Derf

the diner engine is from a 2003 saturn. I used the ECM from my car.
I also used my intake manifold so the injectors are also from my car.
I have not seen any wire damage. When I bought the car I knew the engine was bad. The oil pan was cracked and the previous owner drove with no oil.
I have checked all my fuses but have checked the BCM. How would I check the passcode??

By noting the behavior if the lock icon or security light I described above. If the security has been triggered, the car will never start until you do what is called a passlock relearn. Search the site for that phrase or go over to saturnfans.com to get the official procedure and follow it to the letter.
