I just watched this again for the 50 FIRST time. I don't think we'll ever have this again. I'll never walk into a car dealership and feel like I belong. Car dealers suck 99.999999% of the time. I'll never walk in and not have to play freaking games with ******** that don't give a flying pile of **** about me or any other customer. I doubt I'll ever pull into a service drive and feel like they are there to help me. My ION is aging, and it looks like new. No it's not perfect, hell it's not Rj's ION. I went into Tempe KIA, the KIA dealer that Rj bought his Forte sedan from. I was so pissed off within 4 minutes that I had to leave. I was already done with two other KIA dealers after trying to get an answer from them on the phone. Saturn was so much, much, much more than tupperware body panels and no haggle no hassle pricing.

Sure. Highest Customer Satisfaction or Customer Loyalty Rating across all of GM I do believe.

Ooops that makes the rest of GM look like **** (wonder why?)

The customers seem "happy". We must not be screwing them over enough. What kind of a monster have we created?

Yep. Better shut 'er down

Hmmm wonder why GM went BANKRUPT.

Probably the same reason I'm unlikely to drive a GM vehicle for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, I wonder... Good customer service, good vehicles(before the ASTRA and AURA), and a high customer satisfaction rating... Why did they kill the brand off? It was making GM's other value brand(Chevrolet) look bad. Sure, they did have the truck market, but Saturn made better cars IMO, and did a better job of selling and servicing them...

Granted, I can't fault out local Chevy dealer for sales and service, but the product range doesn't impress. Our 2011 Cruze can't do anything, honestly, that my moms 2004 ION couldn't do when she bought it in 2007...

I sometimes wonder what would have happened had Saturn been given the opportunity to give the S series a proper refresh...

Nice video, my car is silver and a 3.0 v6. That looks like a Blue Ox tow bar. I have a Roadmaster setup, looking forward to our next trip!

I honestly feel like they should bring the s series back, and the L series, the sky was cool too
and if saturn does make a comeback, they should keep the bolt pattern 5×110, it's so hard to find wheels for my car, that I prefer and like, but it is nice not having them stolen while I sleep

I thought we discussed you moving out from that house down the street from the meth lab.... they're so tweaked they can't count to 5 and don't carry metric tape measures
