heater fan

i trying to diagnose why my heater fan isnt blowing, i have a 1993 saturn ls2 checked fuses in driver compartment they were ok, dont know where the heater fan is located and also dont know if a fuse could be blown in engine compartment, any suggestions?

The HVAC is one of the large fuses, and it is located in the Under Hood Junction Box (UHJB), along with the rest of the large amperage fuses
