Default Car may be running rich? (P0101)

So I finally fixed my p0102 (partly) code and then pulled a similar p0101. And I do KNOW my car is running rich. When I accelerate, it will give a quick studder before launching. The smell is a little different too. I checked my ST FT's on bank 1&2 because I have a v6, and it's suppose to read anywhere between -5 and 5 I believe. I'm running between -21.5 and 16.4. What should I check for first? My cat is fine.. I do have a cold air intake but it's all good. No leaks and my MAF Partly working. Only reading .50 on full throttle. All 6 cyls are running. What can I do to fix a rich running car or... What ever I got going here?

Check your coolant temperature sensor. If it's not within parameters, then this can cause the engine to run rich.

ETCS may be the most common reason for running rich on any car.
