bcm going bad????

2000 LS2 (v6) turned off car and took out key, the blower motor kept running. then yesterday i noticed that turning on the bright lights no longer cuts off the fog lights or turns on the dash indicater light for the brights. could the bcm be going bad? or is this something else.
