Hey all,

I have a 98 SL2 and one day, I was driving home through rush hour traffic. Slow down, speed up, repeat. Well, during one of the speed ups, my car kinda jerked. Ever since then, it''s been jerking kinda hard when my car shifts gear. Upshifting is worse than down shifting typically. Ever once in a while, the shifting is as smooth as silk, but usually, it''s some kind of hard jerk that happens. Any ideas what it might be? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Kencsnake

Is that something that is easily fixed, or would I need a mechanic to do it? I''m pretty good with my hands and I know my way around a tool set, but cars aren''t my expertise.

Take it to your nearest SATURN dealer so it gets done and done right.
