2006 Saturn L200 won't start when hot
I have a Saturn L200, 2006 that won't start after it gets hot. I can wait 2-3 hours and after it cools off, it starts right up.
Cranks just fine, so no answers about checking the battery, cables, etc. I need specific answers and not useless guesses. I know somebody out there has this problem and has the solution!! Please help as the mechanics are clueless. |
Well then, if you want to cop an attitude, here's the best guess I have:
Crank position sensor.. If you want to check ahead of time whether it is a useless guess (I pray that my guess is not useless as your approval is critical to my self esteem) check for spark when this is occurring. Bad CKP = no spark+ no signal to fuel injectors = no start. Don't bother replying whether my guess was useless or not because people like you who cop an attitude on their first post neither deserve nor get a 2nd around here. If you want people to help you, get some manners. Don't make me ban your IP address. Bye bye. |
I'm just going to point out, they stopped making the four-cylinder L series(the L200) in 2004, and the L series was discontinued altogether in 2005... Therefore, no 2006 L200...
It was a crappy attitude to ask a question though... |
Wow, how did I miss this.
tootles! |

Or maybe its the rare model. Like the 02 Ion that keeps popping up over here.
