2004 L300 Washer Fluid Lines access

How do you get to the washer fluid lines in the 2004 Saturn L300 Only 1 of the 4 nozzles sprays (fortunately, the one nearest driver for short term). Pump is working, fluid in reservoir, no floor leaks, and nozzles are all clear to cleaning with very fine wire and spraying pressurized canned air into, which made no difference. With canned air, no resistance, suggesting a tube open or broken.
.
Two small black rubber covers are on underside of hood that back up to sprayers. Opening them I can find the lines to the sprayer sites. Two plastic tubes run in there one to each sprayer, in a welded gap between top and underside of hood nearest windshield. Tubes are connected to a source tube that enters near the hinge. Tugging gently on inside tubes shows connection.

I cannot see the best way to get to tubes to get them out to check/replace them. Also not sure that is the site of the problem, but since one side works and other side does not, thought it might be in there.

Any help appreciated, many thanks.
