2000 LW1 - Power Mirrors / Power Locks
I let my L200/5 sit for a year and a half after purchasing my latest LW300. I moved back into the L200/5 after my grandson got a full time job and was uncomfortable with the stick shift car. When I started using my sedan again I noticed that three of the four mirror functions had quit working. Over the last few months those functions have come back one at a time. I did loose the hvac box doors. I have a small visitor residing in the car. I saw her when I opened the driver’s door and it scurried back into the front fender. The hvac box is stuck on dash vents and the car smells mousey. I have vacuumed the mouse nest below the spare tire. I will remove the dash and take the hvac box apart after I retire in August. I need to replace the compressor to fix the a/c, the hose leaks where it connects to the compressor. The seal is part of the compressor. I really enjoy this car.

As for my mirrors, I installed a brand new switch at the door and it did not change anything - power windows still not working. Will take the car to a shop in August, after my vacation.
