Default Power Window Issue

In a 2007 Saturn Ion
Probably 4 months ago, one day my front driver side power window struggled to get back up and then never came down. At this point both of my rear windows would not go down nor the front driver side. Passenger side front window is fully functional up and down, but only from its own switch.
I replaced the master driver side switch, nothing. I replaced the window regulator/motor, nothing. The fuse is okay I am assuming since the passenger window works. There is not even a hum of an attempt for the window to go up or down.
Each side is reading about 14-18 mV (even the passenger side that is still functional) there are no obvious nicks in any of the wires.
Im just not sure where to go from here, hoping ive just overlooked something or someone has had a similar experience

Thanks,
Joe

The wires tend to get fatigued from all of the opening and closing and opening and closing and opening and closing and will often develop breaks in the wires. Often inside the accordion plastic cover between the front portion of the car and the door itself. Gently slide it and both directions and look for damaged wires. You may have to find it by checking with your multimeter on either side.

Also, never assume things with electricity. In this case, different car designers design their window circuits differently. I have seen several with multiple fuses because of how they branch the windows off from the main switch. Make sure there are not additional fuses that might be involved

So glad I joined this forum. Had a right rear power window suddenly stop working. Hit the lower door inside panel a few times and it worked. It works just fine now. Sure it's because of lack of use. I'll try to be sure to use them all from time to time. This post really helped. Thanks forum members for you helpful posts.
