LED headlights upgrade on the 07 saturn ion-2 2.2?

Was wondering if this is possible. Has anyone here done this? My stock lights are too dim, and the cloudiness doesn't help. I've already tried restoration but of helped very little. Can someone point to some decent ones that fit my vehicle?
