And also for a few seconds after parking. Not too high, nothing usually over 2000 RPMs. I also blew the air filter out with compressed air a little bit. Could that have caused this? I figured it'll go back to normal maybe by the next couple of drives or the next day. Doesn't seem like a big deal but just had me curious

 

You my have dislodged some crap, only to have it redeposit in another part of the moving mechanism. Give it a quick rinse/clean from top to bottom. Give the iac valve some attention.
