Angry 2006 Ion steering column wiring-no crank no start

The green plug that is not plugged in. I could not see a place to plug it in?

This panel was removed, do not know why.
The yellow connector was disconnected. I didn't see any damage and plugged it back it.
Someone tried to steal my car and now it won't start. I turn the key and nothing. No crank, no bells, and no dashlights or radio.

They ripped off the steering column shroud and had one of the wiring harnesses unplugged on top of the column. SEE PHOTOS

Found where to plug in one but don't see where to plug in the GREEN one?

no photos attached.

Go to edit post, go Advanced (at the bottom) and use the little picture frame icon in the upper toolbar to bring up the insert image dialogue.
Sounds like they were trying to bypass the PASSLOCK II system bt swapping out your ign switch for one of 12 resistors.
Or they were morons and didn't realize it had a theft deterrent system in it

I tried to upload my photos from the manage attachments button and had no luck. Thanks for the help.

I believe it should connect on the back of the ignition switch, opposite the key

Then how did you acquire it from that parking lot in Texas?
