Quickcasey's Aura

Sitting at the dealers before I bought it.
EDIT; I suppose this is the wrong forum for a photo. Sorry |
No harm no foul.
It's not like you spammed the site with ads for paper mache kits.... I retitled it w your name for easier location when you upload the other 150 or so pics we discussed. |
Wow! That's a very clean car. I didn't expect to see such a nice one in northern Illinois. Is all the rust underneath? LOL
|
Nasty, man !
Don't diss him until he earns it.... ;) |
It's actually quite shiny underneath. Makes me not want to use it in the winter. And with those 50 series tires, that might not be a bad idea. Unless I get a set of 16' wheels with winter tires on them. For now, I'll let my Dakota catch the salt.
Paper mache kits of Saturns? No, no spam intended. |
I'm not busting on him, derf, I'm trying to help him get his posts count up to where it needs to be. Actually, I'm jealous of that car. Sure looks a hell of a lot better than my PT GT.
|
Yay! Another Illinois car!
|
I have 10 posts now. No worries. I can shut up now instead of making inane posts. Just kidding.
|
So you'll continue the inane posting or will we never hear from you again?
|
I'll be here. And post when I have something to say. Now there is no pressure.
Okay here's some useless tidbits; I had the Aura out on it's first long trip this weekend. 25.7 mpg on the ship's computer. I never had tires with less than 70 series sidewalls, and the whacking sound they made on stretches of segmented concrete roadways was weird. Don't know to attribute that to the tires, or the car. The 50 series tires (P225/50R18) have a minimal sidewall. I'm used to having tall flabby sidewalls. P235/75R15 on the Dodges, 185/70R14s on the Neon. But it handled well. So I'll get used to it. It's my first car made in the 21st century. I need to get with the times. |
