Fuel tank return line 09 Astra XR
 

Hi im new and im trying to find where the return line connects to the tank im not sure which one it is if you have an idea of which one let me know thanks 2009 saturn astra xr

I was thinking the big line from the orange connector but it looks really big to be the return line to me looks more like a vent

I doubt it has a return line. Since it is a 2009, most manufacturers went to pulse width modulated pumps that only pump what is needed.

I don't know anything about an Astra, but did you have a fire back there?

yep i think the filter picked up some bad stuff and overworked the pump so it melted the wires
