Brake bleeding issue

Hey there,
following a caliper replacement, I did a brake bleeding using a vaccum pump designed for that.
I started with the right rear wheel and stopped there because after 10mn of bleeding, I still had air, a lot.
The tube and vaccum pump is okay as the pressure gauge is steady once the bleeder is close. No leak here.
Could it be because of the ABS system. Does it require a scan tool to be able to do it as I have read somewhere?
I am a bit stuck.
Thanks for your answers.

What kind of tractor is it?

I'm guessing it's an Astra tractor

My first job while I was still in vo-tech was working for an International Harvester tractor dealer. He liked my work so much that after I was there for 2 weeks he gave me a 50cent per hour raise. Don't laugh, that was pretty good for a 17 year old kid in 1975 to be making $3.50 an hour. That's why I'm partial to I-H tractors. LOL

Hit and run. I hate when we get no follow ups.
