2008 saturn astra has codes p0300 p0302 p0303 p0313 p0172

Replaced the cat, two coil packs, all spark plugs, and injector 1 and 3. Still runs super rich and clogged the brand new catalytic converters. Luckily they were replaced under warranty. Was thinking of trying the mass air flow sensor...any help is appreciated.

Approximately 7 minutes of research indicates it is often the pre cat attached to the exhaust manifold that gets plugged up and causes the problem. Also the fuel regulator and filter need to be the GM OEM ones, because the aftermarket ones from the AutoZone and such run too high of a pressure which either forces the injectors to leak or just delivers too much gas per unit time. The po31 x( I can't see your post while replying) is a misfire code specifically at low fuel level in the gas tank. Po300, p0302, p0303 are all misfire codes as you know. Sounds like most likely the pre cat. If you had both of them replaced pre cat and under the car and they both immediately clogged again it would probably be because you have too much fuel running through, your engine is misfiring and not burning it, so you are pushing raw gas into the exhaust system which is just not good.

Also check before and after the MAF for vacuum leaks.
