Putting in A/C into my non Air 02 SC1 3 dr
 

My car does not have and did not have any air in it.
So, my question is...

How hard is it to put air into it?
I do know of an 01 SC1 3 dr that has air in it, and it is off the road, so I would like to know if it is possible, and if it is, then what do I need to take off the car in order for my car to blow the summer cool air flow :)

I don't know the answer to your question. While I have done exactly what you are talking about but not to a Saturn nor not to anything as new as a Saturn. By the time Saturns were built, A/C was integral to the construction of the car. Earlier cars, despite A/C was available, it was for the most part available as a physical add on rather then built in as part of the design. The same problem can exist today in trying to add a radio on. As built in as the radio is, it is not so easy to find one to fit and work with out an installation kit that gives a fascia that will allow it to look correct when installed. The only suggestion I could give would be to find an A/C equiped model in a junk yard and start removing the unit. An save ALL the bits and pieces to allow you to actually do it.
The other alternative would be to use something like Vintage Air

which would supply you with something that might be able to hang under the dashboard on the passenger side. The hard part would be getting a compressor installed on your engine and a condenser in stalled on the front of the radiation. Which again might be able to be done from a salvage yard as the probably do not have an installation kit for your automobile.
And that may be a problem for many aftermarket pieces you might be interested in, getting something that would actually fit.
The Vintage Air if they can help you would be on the high site of a grand at this time. I am installing one of those units myself.

I believe the evaporator is buried behind the dashboard and is a pain in the ass to get to. Like unc said, this is no small job. If you tackle it, you'll see how much of a pain in the ass it will be to get the entire system out. And if anything has a leak (evaporators tend to develop pinhole leaks), you'll be recharging it yearly.

I think you've made the right choice, Chuck. Just use the 2-55 and you'll be okay.
