i have a 95 saturn sc2 special but i need help to fix it .

Whats so special about your 95 SC2 and it might do you some good if you were to tell those that can help what needs to be fixed.

when i tern the wheel it makes a poping noise . ppl say its cuz the 18in rims that are on it .
