Got the Toe and camber figured out... went around the corner like a dream loosy goosy... lol big problem this week was 2nd gear was were first should be and 4th was were 2nd should be.... that was enough to get me out there so didn't move out of those 2 gears. Strapped my Go Pro to a fast Saturn so u guys can see a real one in action... Craziest xcar race ive ever seen, an many many cautions and an integra on its roof!! I finished 14 of 28, my budy in this video got a 3rd place podium... great video check it out

Update, ran the last race with only 2 and 4th gear because a retaining clip on the transmission side had popped off the driver #19 of the last video I put up had a spare...So we should be good to go this week!

Hey Matt,

New member (just picked up a 98 SC2 last night) and looking for advice on building a stock car (bomber).

Most of my questions were answered in the thread. Thanks for all the cool videos! Our home track in New Smyrna seems a bit more strict on keeping it stock. We are only allowed to use steelie rims and we have to keep stock hardware in the suspension. However, I am curious what you did exactly to get some camber out of the front end. Did you end up slotting the struts, slot the a-arms, camber plates, camber bolts, heat/warp the components?

Well burnett it was a combo of things. I slotted both left and right towers to allow the struts to lean over a little. On the RF I used a smaller grade 8 3/8th bolt to allow a little more angle. On the left side I made little steel wedges and pounded them down between the strut ears and the spindle. We are a pretty stock division as well, we only run racing rims because over the years we have seen the stock wheel welds break.
