Hello i have a automatic 01 sc2 twin cam the car has 130000 kms seems to idle fine in drive but sometimes when it's in park it idles at or above 1500 i let the car sit like that for a few mins no change. i can turn it off and then back on and it is fine???? anyone have issues like this or knows the issue? my friend may think it has something to do with the vaccum?

 

Are there any codes set in the computer? Stop by your local AutoZone, (or similar store), and have them read the codes. Put the numbers in a return message, and these bulging brains around here will try to assist you.....
