How do i change the fog light on a sc2 1997?

Get under the car, reach up, turn the socket, disconnet bulb from pigtail.

So, i tried that before i post here
i can disconnect the cables but i cant get the bulb off, and i need to open the foggy light somehow because the bulb inside is broken

The foglamp is a sealed unit. The socket that has the wires on it that the bulb is plugged into comes out with a half turn.

If the blub glass broke inside the housing, then you''ll need to remove the housing to shake out the glass. That is done by removing the front fascia.
