Custom Storm TB
 

This is my original TB and the Storm TB that I am using now. You can just barely see the vacuum line elbow on one side. I broke the plastic pulley to get the butterfly shaft off, it is uses brads to hold it in place. I used a Dremel to cut them out but the shaft still wouldn't come out so I cut it, did the work and then used a fusion weld head to weld it back together using an Arc Machines Inc. M207 Power Supply and M9-1500 Weld Head with .375 clamps. I had to make an idle adjust stop as well but as you can see from the pic, I did it the old fashioned way: Beat on a piece of steel until it was the shape that I wanted and then bolted it on. My patience was running thin after all the work I put into this little project, it took me around 2 weeks working a few hours each night.
