Can this be used a a doner car

My question is can i use a 91 4 door twin cam to put a maunal trans in my automatic 98 sc single cam?

No -- trannys are different and will not play well with PCM

will any twin cam trans work or must it be a single cam doner car and what modles and years can i use.
