1995 Saturn SC1 Brake Bleed Problem
Hello All,
I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I'm looking forward to being an active participant and appreciate any help
with the issue below.
I'm looking for help with brakes that go to the floor.
Here's what i've done so far using a pressurized Motive Bleeding kit and still my rear passenger brakes won't bleed:
1. installed and bench bled a new master cylinder
2. successfully bled 3 (driver rear, passenger and driver front) of 4 brakes
After doing the above the brake pedal still goes to the floor.
When I tried to bleed the passenger rear initially a small drop of brownish colored fluid appeared in the tube.
After the initial fluid appeared no more fluid appeared. I even removed the bleed screw, checked the bleed hole
to see if was clogged and didn't noticed any blockage.
Even with the bleed screw removed there is still not a drop of fluid showing. I did check the brake lines and noticed
a small leak on the front passenger side. Even with this small leak the other brakes bled fine so didn't think it was part
of the issue.
Having said all of that, I'm looking for some input on what to try next?
Thanks in advance - Troy

Does the right rear brake line run separately to the front of the car? Did you just purchase this car with this brake problem or is this a sudden onset problem? Answers will help diagnose the problem.
Thanks

Thanks
Andy
this is sudden onset problem
I suspect that the leak near the right front of the car is the source of your problem. The steel line may be rusted through and collapsed there. All the brake and fuel lines on my car run down the passenger side above some aluminum shielding.
