UPDATE:Seeking Lower Intake Manifold Spacer Plate
Don't need to replace the Lower Intake Manifold Spacer Plate for my 2003 LW300 Saturn now. Just found out the repair shop will fix the old part.

Could you post a picture of the old one? I MIGHT be making a junkyard run in the next week or two and could look.

Just found out the old one can now be fixed so I don't need to get a replacement part now. Thanks for your willingness to help.

Update: Repair shop found that the Lower Intake Manifold Spacer Plate for my 2003 LW300 Saturn was ok but that the Oil Cooler/Cover needed to be replaced. I ordered Oil Cooler from ebay and the repair shop replaced the part. It works fine so far.
