I wonder what ever happened to Hoseppi (Howard)? He hasn't posted in years and he had a ton of Saturns and parts there on his place in Maryland. He was a retired boilermaker, I think, so maybe he had a heart attack and passed? Derf, do you have any idea?

Dude,
That's awful.

I have his tele and will check in as I do every 3-4 years.
He's such a sarcastic MF it's a joy to speak with him.

I think he's out of the Saturn restoration business,

If so, I'll post an update on his status, ask him for one final comment for the thread, and close it.

hijack

Anyone heard from Unc?
I think he finished the Saturn and it reminded him of his wife every time he stepped out of the house, so he either passed it down in the family or to someone she knew would care for it, thus having her memory live on.
OR a 5th and fatal heart attack. I wish that on no one, but if so, I hope he was working on a car at the time.

END HIJACK

I was being facetious about Howie, derf. BUT, I've never spoken to him. Back when I lived in the REAL SOUTH (TN), I did swap emails with him on a regular basis. He is sarcastic, but a good dude. He had some interesting projects with his old trucks and tractors. I sure hope you're wrong about John (Unc), but if you're right, that would have been a good way for him to go out.

I am told I need a new brake backing plate for the left side of my 2002 SL1. Do you have such a part?
