I am asking the following questions, representative of what the average S car purchaser would ask.
Doing so gets the most important info out there to many more people than will email him to ask.
I am NOT asking to question the value or price or anything like that. The questions are factual, and any of us would ask them anyway.

1) 415K on the ORIGINAL DOHC factory head /valves and pistons/rings? No big deal if it is a reman engine -- as long as it is healthy.

2) How much oil if any does it burn per 3,000 mi?

3) Any issues with Passlock/BCM?

Looks beautifully maintained!!

Thanks

Derf

415,000 miles and he wants $1,500 for it? Even though it LOOKS very nice, no way I'd offer that much money for a car with that many miles on it. But, I'm a cheap bastard. I wouldn't go over $500 personally and that's because of the mileage and non working a/c.

Even if they were all freeway miles, gently driven, I think 400k+ is too much for any LLO to still be in good shape... it likely burns some oil...

Be all hush hush.
Whatever
