That is a great deal for someone with that car. Andy, do you have these already?
|
I have that same set for 2002. I highly recommend owning them if you have a 2000-2005 L series car. I pull them out and post sections here all the time.

I am now willing to give these away for free plus the cost of shipping.

Hello,
New member! Do you have manuals for a 2000 LS2 3.0? Love to have some I am now experiencing a lot of old parts... Ray |
He hasn't made a post since March 27th of last year, I don't think he's coming back. Too little, too late.

2000 Saturn LS2 3.0 Factory Service Manuals
Hello,
I have a challenge. The starter on my 2000 LS2 3.0 needs to be replaced. I have looked on youTube and googled...I have yet to find any instruction on how to approach the job. Some say, "the starter is approached by taking the right wheel off." ? I did, I took off the splash guard and NO JOY. When I look from under the car, I cannot locate the starter. I know the starter works with the Fly Wheel; and is connected to the Tranny housing/transfer case on the rear left side of the motor.? It appears certain things have to be removed in order to access the "starter." I am not a mechanic. I want to change the starter myself; save some $. Please contact me rayvig51@gmail.com or let me know... Thank You, Ray |
Here is a link to the charm.li online manual for replacing the starter from your car: 2000 Saturn LS2 3.0 starter replacement
The starter is tucked under the rear bank of cylinders on the engine. Looking from under the engine, it is on the same side of the car as the engine, probably screened from easy view by the exhaust manifold. Apparently you remove the electrical connections and the lower bolt with the vehicle raised, then remove the upper bolt from the top of the engine. |
