I call dibs.

Questions:
1) Where are you?
2) Ideas as to 0 compr on 1 & 3?
3) your title says 95 saturn turbo w SC2 conversion. Which means it started out life as an Sx1.(automatic since you have one left over) Which one?
4) Confused about front clip and hood conversion. Says up to 95 SL2 to SC2, but 1st Gen SC2s had flip up headlights (I have one). Do you mean SC2 to SL2 conversion? Even then, I don't think those are the headlights for a 91-95 anything S car as the SL]s had flat fronts and I THINK the SC1's had the same the same as the SL series. They look 3rd gen to me but the clip can't possibly bolt on nor the hood fit. Could you please clarify.
5) How much for the whole car (put back together, not put back together)? Obviously, I fetch,

Not asking to be nitpicky -- just simple clarifications

Seriously interested

Derf

(Hey Bones, don't even think it)

1. I am located in Clifton park ny 12065
2. I believe it's something on the top end, just guessing. The rotating assembly is still in one piece and the HG is copper and was having problems sealing. Not making any promises but I priced it this way for fast sale. I never heard any mechanical issue like a bunch of metal so at the worst you would have to throw 2 pistons in it, it has crower rods and they are all turning fine, no grinding. I looked in the bores and will look again but pistons seam in tact.
3. You are correct. Car was a 95 auto, left the harness in car and converted to a manual. Auto trans is stock, 5 sos has welded diff pin with LSD.
4. So the front end conversion is made for the first generation sedan to make it a 02 coupe. The hood needs some minor fixing due to expansion and contraction of dissimilar materials. It lasted 15+ yrs, while the bumper and headlights are perfect.
5. The whole car as a roller you make me an offer. I just finished pulling all parts off and will not be putting anything back together. It is lowered with Kyb struts. The chassis is like a new car, I had to pup the balljoints to remove the axles and the dam things are like new, no rust. It has ~30k miles and has been indoors since 2006 and up till this year, now it sits outside. The shel won't have any of the parts listed above, no wheells, engine...etc.

txt me and let let me know what parts your are interested in.

can I get the two springs that hold the air dam in place -- I wonder if the SL and SC are the same

Tom L 11-04-2017 05:53 PM

I dont have them, sorry. I removed that piece 20yrs ago when i put the front end conversion on. Never needed it with the 2core radiator. With the single core 1/2 thick garbage saturn installed i believe you did to get airflow into the engine.

Okay thanks. For the record my original garbage Saturn radiator lasted over 200,000 miles. Must have been a high-quality garbage day when they built it
