I've never been much of a Chevy man, but that is one bad azz video! Love the way it sounded!

I had to watch it again, that car is rocket fast on the track for as big and heavy as it is.

I agree sw2.................that is not a small car. I was looking at the camaro's before I bought a new car, and it feels big when your driving it. I'd like to see it more the size of a 1967-1969, even as large as a 70-73. After that all ponly cars got to damn big cept for the Fox body Fords. Yet back to the video and that car, it's a rocket on the track. It's an ostanding track car, and the COPO is a drag racers dream. Yet to me it's to big for a daily driver. I don't understand why everyone thinks what were once small and nimple now needs to be so bloody big. Hell if GM or Ford came out with a small truck I'd buy one. Something the size of a Ranger or S-10 from the late 80's. I don't want a mid size truck thats so damn big that I may as well have bought a full size. I added a few pictures of my old trucks, the size I liked best.

I gotta go along with RjION for the most part. I am not satisfied with a selection of lemme see, 4 door sedans? And what Else? Nodda. I don't like an SUV or things pretending to be one. I would buy a station wagon or a two door hardtop in a heart beat. I currently own a Chrysler Town and Country with the seats that fold into the floor. For me, a perfect car, note I said car not truck, although technically I guess is a truck.
I am building a street rod station wagon. In part because the seats fold flat to create a cargo area. I've looked at new pick up's, what the heck happened to options? Now they come as packages with 4 or 5 thousand dollars worth of options as part of a package that I not want. As a pickup a 1950's Ford, Chevy or Dodge with an extended cab for a jump seat behind the ones you drive in suits me just fine. In the early 70's a base model Chevy was a 6 with a 3speed on the column, rubber floor mats, vinyl interior and no spare tire. And some where around 2 grand. The Blazer was about the same price with only a drivers seat, same mechanical options on it as base and no top or spare.
I am really tired of a salesman's opinion that I want 5 thousand dollars worth of options and 17 air bags or however many there are in one along with Onstar or whatever that system is. .
NOT!

As daily driver......I like sedans. Yet being able to buy a compact truck would be right up my alley. Being able to buy a 250 horse compact coupe would just as good......Oh well I'll do without.
