Default It is a slow recovery but

I am slowly able to go back and enjoy my most favorite Hobby. I was installing carpets in my 1976 Hornet when the heart attack hit, today I was able to finish them. I have had the carpets for 4 years now so it might be thought that I am a bit behind. Yup. But I am gaining on things.

That's great news, Unc. When you coming to Tennessee again?

Ruby, I am thinking about 2 years. And that will depend in part on whether I can afford it or not.
At my age and living on a fixed income with out the option, the real option of adding to it finances are not in the best of condition so paying for this new hobby of heart attack recovery is not a done issue yet.
I also would like to drive the car I am building back there too. I have family in Florida and upstate N.Y. Friends in Tennessee and Georgia that I would like to see again and figure I would need at least a month and about 4 grand to make another East Coast trip.
I'm not sure affording things like that are going to be an option. I owe my friend in Tennessee just down the road from you a big time pay back, he fronted having my nephew from the Rome area of N.Y. come out here and act as chauffeur and body guard for 2 weeks when I came out of the hospital. If all goes well, I'll let you know.

That'd be cool, Unc. I know all too well the disadvantages of living on a fixed income. It sucks!

Hell, we should get the same cost of living raises that Congress gives themselves every year, right? After all, it's our money they're putting in their pockets.
