25 or more posts earns you an avatar on the forum.

Unfortunately, the site was / is configured such that only moderators can add them to user accounts.

Once you reach 25 posts:

Send a .jpeg or .jpg pictre you'd like to use for your avatar to

SUBJECT: <username> Avatar Saturnforum

If it is too big I have SW to resize it.

I plan to set up a Saturnforum Photobucket acct to store all such images so that these kinds of things remain when people leave the forum.

Some of the recent newcomers are way past 25 posts; My apologies for not getting this announcement out sooner. If you prefer not to have an avatar, that's fine too.

So, you can update avatars too, in conjunction with sw2cam? Cool! Mine could use an update reflecting my recent contraction of "Red Fever"...

And for the noobs to the forum,

the <username> in

SUBJECT: <username> Avatar Saturnforum

means fill in your username
