What is wrong?
 

I have a 2006 Saturn Ion Redline 2.0, 10 years no problem and now things have gone wrong. My biggest problem is OBD showing not ready for inspection, This is NYC. Everything reads, O2 sensors etc. Did many miles of driving with no result using GM drive cycle. Took it to Chevy and told I must drive the car, what else can I do. Any ideas are welcome Thanks.
