Can anyone please point me to a resource that would describe the necessary process to perform such a swap. My SOHC is dieing - blown head gasket and would prefer to go with a used DOHC rather than rebuild my SOHC. Any tips and/or resources would be helpful. Thanks a bunch.

Let's see... There's the sway bar you have to deal with... And Ibelieve the tranny hookupis the same... But you'll have to check with people on here that know more about these engines than I doto see if I'm right about the tranny...

I talked to him, and he said it wasn't really that big of a pain in the ass. Better yet, most all of the existingparts will fit. I remember he said he changed the ECU + added all the mods.

Oh yeah... I forgot about the ECU... But it's nice to know that most parts are interchangeable... I'll be sure to hide that away for future reference... Edited by: GarrenNatas
