how do those super 40s sound on that thing - I wanted to get that for my car but feared it would be too loud.

They sound awesome. Nice deep tone. Ppl have thought my car had a V6. It is pretty loud but i have never gotten a ticket or pulled over for my exhaust. I love them. I will never put anything else on my car. and there is no glasspacking to blow out or fall apart and the muffler is fully welded. I used to work at a exhaust shop by far flowmasters are the best.

welcomeness extended to you.

We're pretty nice here (the occasional well deserved bashing aside)

No minimum post count I'm aware of.....

Sounds like you have a good idea of what you want out of your Satty experience...

Woot! One of mine too.
Dreams are great, they keep you alive.
My Saturn is a 94 SC2 Coupe. Bought used 2 years old. Liked it then, like it now. Never have figured out a good reason to make it go away. It is still pretty much stock although I have other cars that arn't.
Currently I am building a Mercury Marine Powered 1976 Hornet Sportabout with a 4 speed automatic, 2200 rpm lock up torque converter and the exhaust will be 2 1/2 inch pipe bent so both come out each side of the trailer hitch. With an X or H pipe.
Mufflers will be under front seats.
Edelbrock 650 cfm carb, Edelbrock Air Gap intake, Iskenderian 270/280 mega cam, block hugger headers and Word Heads. 9:1 compression.
Then I'll go Corvette and Viper hunting.
Welcome, dream on and have fun.
