Ok short and sweet. I''''m a new saturn owner and an avid tuner. I bought my 2002 Sc with most the current mods intact and I am sure you guys will recognize the car when you see it.

I was a Hyundai guy until a bulldozer collided with me and totalled her out. I was an active online member of HP.com and enjoyed having acess to friends and advice so I finally sought what I hope will be a great site.

So hi to all and I will be around when time is more forgiving....which there is never enough time these days........Edited by: mflury

Did that entire motor come from a junkyard or just the camcover?

I bought the car "as is" as was stated...so I don''''t really know everything about the car but I am assuming just the cover. Or, am I missing something Low?

SW if your friend sold his car then this may be it...I am absolutely convinced it is the same car as the riceboxbeater on car domain.

Thanks Josh,SW, and Engineer for the welcome. And thanks Low for being the eagle eyed cynic of the group lol.Edited by: mflury

I was just curious. Usually writing on the cover like that indicated that the engine or that particular part came from a junkyard. You can tell if its the cars orininal engine by comparing the VIN on the block and the VIN on the car.
