Hello,

I'm new here, I just got a 1997 Saturn SW2 for $2500. I've been scoping this forum for a couple days now just to get a feel for it. I like what I see. It has a 1.9 DOHC, just like to know what kind of mods if any can be done performance wise on this car. Just a little history on what I own vehicle wise. I own an '81 Datsun 280ZXT and a '98 Chevy S-10. The station wagon is for me and my wife and the two little girls (they are dogs) Sable and Jade...an AmericanPit Bull Terrierand Border Collie/Black Lab mix. Thanks for letting me share. Like most cars you can add a catback system. A bigbore throttlebody, Injen makes a nice fitting air-intake. EIBACH drop springs work outstaning on all S-Cars. Another item that works well is a solid strut tower support or brace. Here is a pic of one of my former SW2's with the EIBACH springs. Also added a pic of under the hood of one of my old SL'2 with the intake, and SPS strut bar. Painting your outside mirrors and the rocker cover under the doors in a nice touch.

Very nice, gives me hope on working with my Saturn SW2. The springs dropped your car by how much? Also where do you get yourparts from? Thestrut bar will that work with the SW2 as well. It said the pic ofthe under hood shot was from a SL2, are those interchangable? Thanks for the response and help.

The drop is about 1.5 inch's................the strut bar fots from Coup to Sedan to Wagon. That goes for most any part for the S-CAR.
