Default New here

My name is Susan and I'm an owner of a 2003 Saturn Vue. I'm located in Missouri. Ever since I paid it off problems started occurring with it. I've replaced a main computer, struts, tension pulley and etc. I work full time and go to college at night. I will try to post as often as I can.

Welcome to the forum, Susan. Sounds like Murphys law has gotten you. We'll help when we can, but you'll have to stick around or derf or Billy will eliminate your account and you'll have to start all over any time you come back. Stay active and stick around. We have a couple of other female members, although I haven't seen any posts from Mandee or Ginny in a while.

Welcome to the forum

Feel free to post pictures of the vue. I happen to like em.
I would be satisfied with a 2.2 eco Vue, with the Vue Redline body kit/wheels. And boost, of course.

Anyways, welcome!

What is the mileage on it?
Do you do the work yourself?

no boost in a redline vue, goalie. It's all for show.

Susan -- get some of that headlight lens restorer stuff. Screw the fluffy ball on a drill kit -- you can hand apply the stuff and buff it to a shiny lens . Just be aware that you have to keep retreating it--it's not a one time fix.

You'll be amazed at how much better you'll see at night.

I know there isn't. That's why I said the redline body kit on a base model 2.2 and boost it.

Don't waste your money on one of those headlight kits. Get some baking soda and borax. You simply add water and make a paste and then get a wet rag and apply the paste to the headlight and scrub for about two minutes. You'll be amazed at how good they look. Rinse them and seal them with Meguairs PlastX. And you really don't need the borax. You can just use the baking soda and water. Total investment, maybe a buck and five to ten minutes of your time.
