Default New guy landing on Saturn

I thought I'd drop in and say hello before I get into some serious reading. I don't own a Saturn (Cadillac guy) but a very close lady friend has just become the owner of a very nearly loaded 03 L200 wagon in very nice shape and it will most certainly fall to me to deal with any of her "issues down the road" as it were. I've got a whole new car to learn.

Why do I get myself into these things?

Welcome to the forum, Johnny. You got yourself into that situation for the same reason that most of us do. That furry little animal called a cat.

Johnny welcome to The Saturn Forum. Post a few pictures if you can get past the Kitty.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I suppose dealing with that 2.2 will be a bit of a treat compared to frettin' over a Northstar as I tend to do. All I know is I have to be ready to deal with whatever this car of hers throws if I want to "stay on top of things"

Well, if you run into problems or need advice, this is the place to get it. Lots of good guys and information and experience here. Do us all a favor and go to the userCP at the top of the page and fill in your information before Joe sees your post and starts busting your chops. He's kind of cranky from time to time! LOL Just kidding Joe, love ya man!

As I would expect from a number of automotive boards I am a member of. I intend to learn this car as if it were my own because when she hits me with a problem I can say, "oh yea, sounds like the...". Even a miracle worker has to study and believe me, I will lean on you boys when I have to.
