I'm new here and the proud owner of a 2002 Sc1
I'm hopin that someone can direct me to a good wrecking yard that'll ship parts. I'm living in Germany and got waxed by a deer and am trying to locate parts.

 

How did a SC1 end up in Germany?

One of my troops brought it here. He left and was selling the car. The week after we got it ready to sell, and the day before he put it at the lot. A deer jumped out and hit the passenger side of the vehicle. It took out the pass mirror, rocker panel, fender, and tail light! Ins company totalled the car because of the lack of locally available parts, and I covered the cost of the deductible and took the car because all of the damage was cosmetic. I have no problem finding the mirror and tail light. but the larger parts are another story.

I've got a red 2002 on my parts lot. I will see if it has a good fender and rocker. I don't know about the shipping to Germany though. That sounds like a crating job.

the color thing is a bit of an issue here. (Really Expensive) The exchange rate plus the environmental costs, paint and body work costs roughly double.

do you have a driver and passenger door mirror assembly and a passenger tail light?

As far as shipping, the military has a postal service thats great. the zip code for APO addresses is in NY. And my family will ship oversize parts from the states

 

I thought you said you could find those parts. I know I have the tail light. I'll go back tomorrow and check on the mirror.
