new to group. Thanks for the add
I’m a 60 year old army veteran and an old hot toddler with lots of experience with older rear wheel drive cars and trucks but not much experience with front wheel drive I now have a 93 SC2 that after putting a clutch in I’ve become quite fond of and after my large CID cars and trucks I can’t believe the mpg I’m getting with this 26 year old coupe

Welcome to the forum.
Thank you for your service to our country. Ah, a 93 DOHC coupe. Raw but effective. I will always love the 1st gen coupe body style above all others. Clean. Unique....Saturn If it's still on the road, it had to be a 5 spd -- which it is..... how many miles? Original engine? Ever change your ECTS? Sorry, getting out of hand for the new members' area.... Please start a new thread in the 3 door coupe s series section -- hopefully with some pics -- we'll help you get it / keep it in shape. OBD I is a pain in the ass once you've been spoiled with OBD II. But you "old school" guys diagnose by ear, feel. sight, and intuition. Where are you in the country? I want to learn to rebuild a carb before the last man that knows dies........the crowd is thinning quickly....... Again -- thank you for your service. |
Welcome to the forum and indeed, thank you for serving our country. I'm 63 years old, so THINK I'm still the oldest active member here. Derf will know. I no longer have a Saturn, but hope to pick one up by the years end. I miss driving the SC Coupes that I once had.
